I am working towards my final projects in Learn. Each project builds upon the other to get me to a point where I can write my own code without the specific guidance of the Rspec tests provided for each lesson. It’s exciting and a bit intimidating to think about the next steps of writing code without the guidance of the tests that were previously written for each lesson.
I have been less excited about learning CSS than Ruby. It was fun solving problems in Ruby, and difficult to shift gears for the HTML and CSS portion of the curriculum. However, I do enjoy design and hope that I can be more proficient in CSS.
It started after I became a web application security tester for my new position. I am relatively new to the field and I wanted to become a better tester. I decided that the best way for me to increase my skills was to take classes.
